Looking for Home Care Package podiatry?

The Australian Government's Support at Home program replaced the Home Care Packages Program from 1 November 2025.

Many people still refer to their aged care funding as a Home Care Package, HCP or My Aged Care funding. If you previously received podiatry through a Home Care Package, your aged care provider can advise how podiatry services are now managed under your Support at Home arrangements.

Service access, funding and approval depend on the individual's Support at Home arrangements and their aged care provider.

Travelling to a clinic is not always practical. Our mobile podiatrists can provide professional foot care in the comfort of the client's home.

Home visits can be particularly helpful for older adults with reduced mobility, transport difficulties, balance concerns, disability, frailty or other circumstances that make attending a clinic challenging.

Our podiatrists can provide appropriate mobile podiatry care and communicate with family members, care coordinators and providers where required and authorised.

Can you help with orthopaedic footwear?
Yes. Our podiatrists can assess foot health, current footwear, fit and mobility requirements and recommend appropriate footwear where clinically indicated. Supporting clinical reports and quotations can also be provided for funding consideration where required.
